Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally included in this latest image drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
